Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about booking party rentals and mascot entertainment.
What areas do you deliver bounce houses and perform in?
Our headquarters is right in Davenport, FL (Four Corners / ChampionsGate). We deliver throughout Davenport, Haines City, Kissimmee, Orlando, Celebration, Winter Garden, Lakeland, Tampa, and Daytona Beach for special occasions!
How does the mascot appearance work?
Our mascots arrive with an assistant and portable party music. We make a grand entrance, lead children in party dances, play interactive games (like freeze dance & limbo), pose for individual and family photos, and assist in singing Happy Birthday during cake time!
How clean are your bounce houses and water slides?
Cleanliness is our #1 priority. Every inflatable is thoroughly sanitized with antibacterial, child-safe cleaners and vacuumed before and after each event.
What are the power and water requirements?
For water slides, we require a standard residential outdoor hose bib (faucet) and a standard 110V household electrical outlet within 50–75 feet.
